The Mr. Olympia is an annual international bodybuilding competition held by the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness. The winner of the competition is considered to be the world's top professional bodybuilder.
In 2014, the Mr. Olympia competition was won by Phil Heath, an American professional bodybuilder. This was his fourth consecutive win at the competition, having previously won in 2011, 2012, and 2013.
Heath was born in Seattle, Washington in 1979 and began lifting weights in high school. He went on to earn a degree in Information Technology and worked as a personal trainer before focusing full-time on bodybuilding.
Throughout his career, Heath has won numerous other bodybuilding competitions, including the Arnold Classic in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013 and the Mr. Olympia Amateur in 2005. He is known for his impressive size, symmetry, and conditioning, which have earned him the nickname "The Gift."
After winning the Mr. Olympia in 2014, Heath continued to dominate the competition, winning again in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. He remains one of the most successful bodybuilders of all time.
